**Quick answer: What personal data does MSRP Crypto collect?**

**MSRP Crypto** collects only what delivery needs. That is an email for order updates, your name and shipping address for the courier, and a phone number if you give one. We share them with the courier and our supplier to deliver your order, and we never sell them. As of 30 October 2026, no ID document is ever requested.

## Who is responsible for your data?

ProxyGoat LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (USA), which operates MSRP Crypto at msrpcrypto.com. For any privacy question or request, write to support@msrpcrypto.com.

## What do we collect at checkout?

| Data | Required? | Why we need it | Who receives it |
|---|---|---|---|
| Email address | Yes | Order updates: payment received, shipped, tracking number | Us, and our supplier and courier when delivery needs it |
| Full name | Yes | The name on the parcel | Us, our supplier and the courier |
| Country, address and city | Yes | Delivery | Us, our supplier and the courier |
| Apartment, state or region, postal code | No | Delivery, when your address has them | Us, our supplier and the courier |
| Phone number | No | The courier can call or text you if delivery needs it | Us, our supplier and the courier |
| Transaction ID | No | It speeds up the payment check | Us only |

The checkout says it plainly: the email is used only for your order. We do not send newsletters to it.

## What do we not collect?

- No ID document, selfie or proof of address.
- No account and no password.
- No card or bank details: we accept crypto only.
- No wallet recovery phrase or private key. We never ask for them.

## What else is sent with your order?

When you press **I've sent the payment**, the site sends us, with your delivery details:

- the order details: products, total in dollars, coin, network, crypto amount, exchange rate, order reference and order access code;
- how you first reached the site: the linking website's domain or a campaign tag, the first page you opened and the date.

We use the order details to check your payment and process your order. We use the second item to see which pages bring buyers.

## What about the blockchain?

Crypto payments are public on their blockchain. Anyone can see a transaction, its amount and the sending address, but not your name. We link your payment to your order so that we can confirm it. We do not publish that link.

## Who receives your data?

- **Our supplier**, a wholesale distributor, receives the products ordered and the delivery details, to send your device.
- **The courier** receives the delivery details, to deliver the parcel. Its own privacy policy applies to its tracking service.
- **Public authorities**, when the law requires it.

We do not sell, rent or trade your data, and we do not share it for advertising.

## What stays in your browser?

The shop uses your browser's local storage, not cookies, to keep on your device:

- your cart;
- the shipping details you last entered, to fill in the form next time;
- your order references, order access codes and order summaries, for the tracking page;
- an order not yet received by our server, until it is sent;
- how you first reached the site.

Your browser sends us this data in two cases only. The first is when you press **I've sent the payment**. The second is when the tracking page asks for your order statuses, using the references and access codes. To delete the stored data, clear this site's data in your browser settings. Note your order reference and access code first.

## Which outside services does your browser contact?

When you choose BTC, ETH, SOL or LTC at checkout, your browser asks Coinbase's public price service for the exchange rate. If Coinbase does not answer, it asks CoinGecko. These requests carry no order or personal data, but like any web request, they come from your device's internet connection.

When you open a carrier's tracking link, you leave our site. The carrier's website and its privacy policy then apply.

## How long do we keep your data?

We keep your data as long as needed to deliver your order, handle returns and meet legal obligations.

## What are your choices and rights?

You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data. Write to support@msrpcrypto.com from the email used for the order, with your order reference. We may have to keep some data to meet legal obligations. Depending on where you live, local law may give you more rights, and nothing in this policy limits them.

## How do we limit the risk?

The best protection is to collect little. We never ask for an ID, card details or a password, so we cannot lose them. Be careful with messages that claim to come from us: pay only to the address shown on the checkout page of msrpcrypto.com, and never share your wallet's recovery phrase.

## Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The date at the top of this page shows the last update. Questions: support@msrpcrypto.com. See also our [terms of sale](https://msrpcrypto.com/terms/).
