Unopened products with the factory seal intact can be returned within 14 days for a USDT or USDC refund. ## 1. Who sells to you These terms apply to every order placed on msrpcrypto.com. The seller is **ProxyGoat LLC**, a Delaware limited liability company (USA), which operates MSRP Crypto. You can reach us at support@msrpcrypto.com. MSRP Crypto is an independent store. It is not affiliated with, authorized by or endorsed by Apple, Sony, Microsoft, Nintendo or Valve. Brand and product names belong to their owners. ## 2. Products New and factory-sealed, with the manufacturer's warranty. We sell US models, sourced from a wholesale distributor. Each product page shows the available options, the price and, for pre-orders, the release date. The drawings on the site are illustrations, not photos of the product. ## 3. Prices Every product costs its manufacturer's US list price (MSRP), the price shown on the official US store on the date of our last check. No markup, no crypto surcharge. Prices are in US dollars. They match the manufacturer's US list price on the date shown on each product page, before US sales tax. Shipping is free, and import duties and VAT are included, so the checkout total is the full price of the products. You pay the network fee of your crypto payment on top. Prices follow the manufacturer. When a list price changes, we update ours. The price that applies to your order is the one shown at checkout when you order. ## 4. Payment We accept crypto only: Bitcoin (BTC), Tether (USDT), USD Coin (USDC), Ethereum (ETH), Solana (SOL), Litecoin (LTC). At checkout, you choose a coin and a network. The page then shows: - the exact amount to send, in that coin; - our address on that network; - your order reference. For BTC, ETH, SOL and LTC, the dollar total is converted at the market rate shown on the page. The amount is held for 30 minutes. We match your payment by its exact amount, then check it on the blockchain. Crypto payments cannot be reversed. Check the network and the address before you send. A payment sent on another network, to another address or for another amount may not be matched to your order. In that case, email us at once with the order reference and the transaction ID. ## 5. When your order is accepted Pressing **I've sent the payment** sends your order to us. It does not yet accept it. We accept your order once the full amount has reached our address and the network has confirmed the payment, for example 2 confirmations for Bitcoin. We then order the device from our supplier, and the [tracking page](https://msrpcrypto.com/track/) shows **Paid — ordered from our supplier**. If a problem prevents us from accepting or fulfilling an order, the tracking page shows **Problem with this order**, and we contact you by email. ## 6. Shipping, duties and taxes Free shipping to every country we serve, with tracking. Import duties and VAT are included (DDP): the price you pay is the full price; nothing is collected at delivery. We ship to the address you enter at checkout, so check it before you pay. We do not quote delivery times. We email the tracking number once the order ships, and the tracking page shows it too. ## 7. Countries we do not serve Because of sanctions, we do not sell or ship to 9 countries: Iran, North Korea, Cuba, Russia, Belarus, Syria, Yemen, mainland China and Western Sahara. Their ISO codes are IR, KP, CU, RU, BY, SY, YE, CN and EH. These countries are not in the checkout list, and orders for delivery there are not accepted. ## 8. Pre-orders Pre-orders ship once the manufacturer releases the product (6 November 2026 for the October 2026 Apple launches). You pay for a pre-order at checkout, like any other order. We ship it after the manufacturer's release. ## 9. Returns and refunds 14-day returns for unopened products with the factory seal intact, refunded in crypto (USDT or USDC). Defects are covered by the manufacturer's warranty. - Ask for a return within 14 days of delivery, by email to support@msrpcrypto.com, with your order reference. - The product must be unopened and complete, with the factory seal intact. - We reply with the return steps. - We refund the dollar price of the returned product in USDT or USDC, to a wallet address you give us. Opened products, and products with a broken seal, cannot be returned under this policy. Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have under the consumer law of your country. ## 10. Warranty Every device comes with its manufacturer's warranty. The manufacturer, not MSRP Crypto, provides warranty service. Coverage outside the US depends on the manufacturer: - Apple may limit warranty service for iPhone and iPad to the country of original sale, the US. - The US Mac warranty has no such clause, but service depends on the options in the country where you ask for it. - Nintendo applies the Switch 2 warranty only in the country or region where the console was meant to be sold. Your part - Give a valid email and a complete shipping address. - Send the exact amount, on the network you chose at checkout. - Check that the device suits your country. For example, US iPhone 17, 17e and 18 Pro models are eSIM only. - Follow the laws of your country on importing and using the device. ## 12. Changes to these terms We may update these terms.
