How much does shipping cost?

Nothing. Free shipping to every country we serve, with tracking.

The cart and the checkout show two lines under the products: Shipping: Free and Import duties and VAT: Included. The total is the sum of the MSRP prices, with no line added at the end. You pay only the network fee of your crypto payment, which goes to the network, not to us.

What does DDP mean for you?

DDP means Delivered Duty Paid. The seller pays the import duties and taxes before the parcel reaches you. Import duties and VAT are included (DDP): the price you pay is the full price; nothing is collected at delivery.

Without DDP, the buyer usually pays these charges at delivery, before the courier hands over the parcel. With us, the courier collects nothing at your door.

What would you pay at the border without DDP?

Import rules change often. Here is what official sources said on 30 October 2026, and what it means for an order from us.

When does my order ship?

We order your device from our distributor once the network confirms your payment. It then ships with tracking. We do not quote a delivery time in advance. You get the tracking number by email once the parcel ships, and on the tracking page. From there, the carrier's tracking shows the progress of the parcel.

How do pre-orders ship?

Pre-orders ship once the manufacturer releases the product (6 November 2026 for the October 2026 Apple launches). You order and pay for a pre-order at checkout, like any other product. According to MSRP Crypto's check of its catalogue on 30 October 2026, 5 of our 57 products are pre-orders:

What does the courier need from you?

Your full name, your address, your city and your country. A phone number is optional: couriers use it to call or text you when a delivery needs it. Apartment, state and postal code are optional fields, but fill them in when your address has them.

Check the address before you pay. We ship to the address you entered at checkout.

Questions about shipping and duties

Is shipping really free?

Yes. Free shipping to every country we serve, with tracking. The checkout shows Shipping: Free for every destination in the list.

Will the courier ask me to pay customs or VAT?

No. Import duties and VAT are included (DDP) and paid before delivery. If a courier asks you for import charges, email [email protected] with your order reference before you pay anything.

Do you ship to the United States?

Yes. The US is in the checkout list and shipping is free. If you live in the US and pay by card, the manufacturer's own store charges the same MSRP.

Do you ship to Russia or China?

No. Because of sanctions, we do not ship to Iran, North Korea, Cuba, Russia, Belarus, Syria, Yemen, mainland China or Western Sahara. These countries are not in the checkout list.

How do I track my parcel?

Open the tracking page. Once the order ships, it shows the carrier, the tracking number and, when available, a link to track the parcel. We also email the tracking number.
